Terms of service
These terms cover your use of flowstateatc.com and the FlowState: ATC game. Plain language, no surprises. By playing, you accept them.
Who we are
FlowState: ATC is operated by Honeybell Games LTD ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contacts@honeybellgames.com or through the contact page.
The game is free
Playing costs nothing. The game is funded by advertising. We do not sell items, advantages or subscriptions, and no payment is ever required to play any part of it.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using your account.
- One person, one account. Creating accounts in bulk, by hand or by script, is not allowed.
- Usernames must not be offensive, impersonate someone else, or be chosen to mislead other players. We filter the obvious cases automatically and reserve the right to rename or remove anything that gets through.
- You can play as a guest without an account. Guest accounts are temporary and do not appear on the leaderboard.
- You may delete your account at any time by writing to us from its registered email address.
Fair play
Do not do any of the following:
- Modify, automate or script the game client, or send crafted messages to our servers, to obtain scores you did not play for.
- Interfere with other players' sessions, or use multiplayer rooms to harass anyone.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
- Scrape, copy or redistribute the game or the site's content beyond normal personal use.
We remove leaderboard entries we believe were not played legitimately, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules. Where a breach is obvious and deliberate, we do so without notice.
Advertising
The site and the game display advertising supplied by third parties, including Google. Those advertisements are not ours and we do not control which ones you see. How advertising relates to your data is set out in our privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it. The game may be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. Game sessions that are inactive are closed automatically, and rooms that empty out are cleaned up. We may change or discontinue features, including game modes, at any time.
Your content
The little you can contribute, chiefly your username and profile picture choice, remains yours. By using it here you allow us to display it in the game, on the leaderboard and in multiplayer sessions. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use.
Our content
The game, its code, artwork, sounds, text and the FlowState: ATC name belong to Honeybell Games LTD. You may play the game and share links to it freely. You may not copy, republish, decompile or build derivative products from it without written permission.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Children
The game is suitable for general audiences, but it is not directed at young children. If you are under the age at which you can consent to online services in your country, ask a parent or guardian before registering.
Changes
We may update these terms as the game changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Honeybell Games LTD's place of incorporation. Disputes are subject to the courts there.
