We usually answer within a few working days. If you are reporting a problem, including these details gets it fixed much faster:
- Whether you were on the website or the Android app
- Your browser or phone model
- Your username, if the problem involves your account
- What you were doing when it happened, and what happened instead of what you expected
What to write about
Bug reports
Anything that behaved wrongly: a plane that did not respond, a score that did not save, a page that would not load. Screenshots help. Fixes ship regularly, and you can see what has landed on the changelog.
Account problems
Verification emails that never arrived, a Google sign-in that will not link, a username you need changed, or a request to delete your account and its data. For deletions, write from the address the account is registered to.
Business and press
Partnership, licensing, coverage or anything commercial: the same address reaches us, or use the contact page on honeybellgames.com.
Feedback on the game
Balance complaints are welcome and we do act on them, but they are far more useful with the context: which mode, roughly which wave, and what specifically felt unfair. "Turbulence is too hard" tells us nothing. "The third storm cell in turbulence usually spawns on top of my east stream around wave 7" tells us where to look.
What we can and cannot help with
We can restore or correct anything on our side: a leaderboard entry that did not save, an account that will not verify, a Google sign-in stuck halfway, a run that ended to something that was clearly a bug. If you tell us roughly when it happened and under which username, we can usually find the session in our logs and see what went wrong.
We cannot recover a guest account. Guest accounts are deliberately throwaway and tied to the browser session that created them, with no email attached, so there is nothing for us to identify them by afterwards. If you care about your scores, spend the minute it takes to register.
We also cannot do anything about which advertisements you see. They are served by third parties and chosen by them, not by us. If an advert is genuinely broken, misleading or offensive, do still tell us: we can report it upstream, and a screenshot of the advert makes that much more likely to go somewhere.
Privacy and your data
Requests to see or delete the data attached to your account go to the same address. Write from the email the account is registered to, so we can be sure it is you, and say clearly which you want. Deletions remove the account and its scores; they cannot be undone. The privacy policy sets out what we hold and why.
